TURGET Uganda was founded with a vision to promote sustainable living and plant-based nutrition as a pathway to healthier communities and a better environment. Recognizing the growing challenges of climate change, food insecurity, and lifestyle-related diseases, we set out to create solutions that are both practical and impactful.
What began as a small initiative has grown into a community-driven organization focused on education, awareness, and empowerment. We work closely with individuals and communities to inspire meaningful change and encourage lifestyles that support both personal wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
At TURGET Uganda, we design and implement programs that promote plant-based nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and environmental conservation. Our work focuses on creating practical solutions that address real challenges faced by communities.
We conduct educational workshops, awareness campaigns, and training sessions that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. Our initiatives also support farmers and local communities in transitioning to eco-friendly agricultural practices.
To create a healthier and more sustainable Uganda where plant-based living is accessible, embraced, and beneficial to all communities.
To educate, inspire, and support communities in adopting plant-based practices through awareness, advocacy, and practical initiatives that promote health, sustainability, and economic empowerment.
We are guided by sustainability, integrity, innovation, and community empowerment, ensuring that our work creates meaningful and lasting impact for both people and the planet.
Our work is rooted in the communities we serve. We collaborate with youth, women, farmers, and local leaders to create inclusive and sustainable solutions that address real needs and challenges.
Through engagement programs, training, and partnerships, we empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to improve their livelihoods and contribute to a healthier environment.
